Hello...I joined this group in hopes of finding some friends who understand infertility. I recently "came out" to my husbands family (3 sisters) and it went horribly. I told his middle sister about our almost 4 year struggle to conceive and got all of the insensitve comments you don't want to hear. It was so upsetting! I told her because I didn't have an excuse to not go to this baby shower for my husband's nephew's girlfriend and I was tired of the "when are you going to have a baby" questions that seemed to keep coming more frequently now. I also told because the youngest SIL married only 6 months just announced she was pregant. She announced it when she was only a month along. I am having a hard time being around her and avoid her at all costs. She is an over-the-top type of person...she gained 20 lbs in less than 2 months because she is preg and she can no longer drive because she is less than 2 months preg...I mean come on! And to top it off my friend from college calls out of the blue to tell me she is pregnant.
