So I had my ET around 9am this morning. 2 perfect embabies were snuggled in. I really wanted 3, but my RE said these were too good to risk it.

I know we will have 2 snowbabies, but maybe up to 4. I'll know more about that by tuesday.

My RE actually frowns upon bedrest. He encourages being up and around to get the blood flow moving...just nothing strenuous. So tonight DH is taking me out to Cheesecake Factory to feed embies yummy food and entice them to stay around.

Winnie,, I would rest, rest and rsst atleast for 3 to 5 day's. I also had 2 perfect embie's put back and the next morning I was out doing light thing's and we ended up losing 1. I truely believed if I would have stay put at home I would be having our twins in 3 week's. My RE recommended 3-5 day's of rest. Good luck and God bless

I had 3 embryos transferred today. The RE said two looked good and one was not likely to make it, but he recommended we transfer it anyway. That's great news you have some leftover! My RE said to take it easy today but that I didn't have to be on bed rest. They told me absolutely no exercise (anything cardio, yoga or pilates) and nothing to get my heart rate up/ raise my body temp until my pregnancy test.

thanks! i really wanted 1 of the 2 questionable ones, but my re wasn't hearing it. when i asked him about the bedrest he said that bedrest robs the uterus of extra blood flow and it just a breeding ground for blood clots. he too said no cardio. i can run an errand, go to work (desk job), go out to dinner...that sort of thing, but no bending, no heavy lifting, nothing to do with submerging myself in water and nothing "bouncy"

he said...and i quote "women have been getting pregnant since the beginning of time. once we put your babies back in you they aren't going to fall out and staying off your feet isn't going to help them any...it will only hurt them with the decreased bloodflow"
