Not sure about your estrogen levels but know anything over 15 is Where they want to see your progesterone and over 20 is usually where it should be the first 2-4 weeks. So yours is great! Are you taking progesterone supplements too? I am and mine was only 25...so yours is great!

I am taking 2cc of progesterone intramuscularly everyday and .25cc of Del-estrogen on Tues & Fri only. I am crampy too mama! It comes and goes. Stay positive! I will continue to pray for you. When do you go in for your BFP test?

I can test on Thursday and if its positive then I go in for blood work. When is your beta? I'm so nervous ugh...I just Have a bad feeling for myself!

I know the progesterone level is good -- 40 is high end of normal for 1st trimester. Don't know abot the estradiol though, sorry!

I agree that the progesterone sounds good. But I am not sure about progesterone either. I can tell you this though, when we were first doing cycles they wanted mine higher prior to ER/ET and then I would take estrace after ET during 2ww. BUT, once they found out I have two blood clotting issues that all changed. Now they actually want mine lower. It is the progesterone they really worry about. Our last cycle I was doing suppositories 3 times a day and 2 cc's PIO at night. All our other cycles I only did 1 cc PIO at night.

Your numbers sound great! I had my progesterone test for my FET cycle on day 7 after my transfer in January. My progesterone on this day was 18.2 so they increased me from 1cc per day to 2cc's per day. After that, my level was 38 and they were happy with anything over 20. My estrogen level on the day of my pregnancy test (13 days after transfer) was 1,698 and they said they are happy with anything over 1,000. Unfortunately for me, I miscarried at 8 weeks in March. Not sure what caused it. My lining was on the thin side before my transfer, I just made it to 7mm after 19 days on Delestrogen and estrace. The sac was coming away from the lining at the end and they could see some blood in the sac at 7 weeks. At 8 weeks, there was no heartbeat. The doctor said it could have been an implantation issue or it could have been a cromosonal issue with the embryo if things didn't line up properly.

I am currently doing my second FET right now. I've been on Delestrogen every 3 days and estrace every day. Today is day 8 for me and things seem to be coming along better so far with my lining than the last time. I had my bw and u/s on day 6 and this time I was at 5mm and E2 was 734. Last FET on day 6 I was only 4mm and E2 was 660. What have your numbers been like? Also, since you are on the Delestrogen to, were you crampy in the beginning? Its day 8 for me now and the first week I was on it, I was really crampy and bloated. But the last couple of days I don't feel anything anymore. Would this side effect just have gone away? I'm nervous that something isn't working now. Let me know how you are doing. Good luck.
