I started taking Endometrin vaginal sup. today. My first dose was at 6am and around 11am I felt like I had had an accident in my pants! It was gross. I went to the bathroom and had a HUGE amount of clear and thick white discharge. So much that I had to go home from work and change! Ewww..... Has anyone else had this type or this much discharge while using these?

Yes, this is normal. Wear a panty liner each day and bring a few with you to change during the day. It is the "extra" coming out. Gross but normal!

Oh, I'm sooo glad I'm not alone!!! I've had two IVF cycles and was put on Endometrin both times. I thought I was having problems from my egg retrieval surgery as it felt like I was constantly "leaking" and not able to hold my urine. It lasted the whole time I was on the tablets. Once I got my BFN, I'd stop the meds and a week or two later it would go away. Either the meds are coming back out or it's causing urine leakage.

Also, for the first few days I was on this med, I would have horrible "vaginal muscle" spasms. I had NO idea what was going on. My RE at the time (He was useless and I've requested a new one!) wouldn't verify ANY symptoms I was having. However, I went to the Endometrin website and it said that the spasms were a normal side effect for this drug.

I'm sorry this is happening, but like selby48 said, just wear a panty liner and it should help get you through.

I even have vaginal sweating to the point where I have extra panties so that if I want to change I can, but I have to be outsides at times for my job and I can get warm. I get headaches from this also. I keep thinking this will all be worth it.

Thanks for your replies. The d/c the first day was HORRIBLE! I have still had some but not nearly as much as the first day. My boobs hurt and tingle sometimes, I have headaches, nauseated, and a twinge of pain in my lower abd sometimes. I don't know if it's the progesterone or if I could actually be pregnant this time. Anyways....this progesterone SUCKS!

I know a bit late but I had to respond to this post! Thanks so much for posting this cause I thought I was the only one! I have had the same issues and thought I had some type of bladder problem cause it seems as if I can't even hold it when I'm on these things!
