Sharing for those who want more information on pesticides on food (what foods have a lot, and which ones you can eat non-organic). The Environmental Working Group is a GREAT resource! I personally can't wait until my co-op starts next week!

Another Good one Shannon! I can't wait for our GSA to begin again too. I have been trying to avoid the dirty dozen and buying the organic greens at the store is $$ our coop is much more affordable. Can't wait for my Kale!

Me too. I never thought I liked Kale until I started getting it from our co-op! I'm so glad the new season is starting this month

I LOVE Kale chips!!!
What temp do you set the oven too? I was setting it high, like around 400 for 8 mins or so, but I am most likely cooking out all the nutrients?
Really enjoy the health food talk because it is such a big part of what I am doing.

I think I bake my kale chips at 350 degrees, not sure if it makes much difference though. And yes, very yummy treat!
