Drippy Vaginal Suppositories

Does anybody have any advice on dealing with suppository goo? Obviously I'm wearing a panty-liner, but I feel like it's a gooey diaper. Should I shop around for different shaped panty-liners, or is this as good as it's going to get?

From my experience it is a good as it is going to get...they are a real mess...I have been in pads for the past 4 weeks and I have 4 more to go!

That true suppositories are a mess and they make you worry if they are even working, because they come out so fast. I used two kinds of pantyliners and no it did not matter what kind it still did the same things. I just changed the liner a lot during the day. Gl and if it bothers you a lot try taking the prometrium pills or injections (which I hear are worst due to pain).

I dont think you can do anything other than just wear pantliner and change them frequently. I like the Always dry ones because it wicks the stuff away from the body and you dont feel it which is what grosses me out....I wish you luck!

Yeah not that I found, just change it often I bought a Costco size box. Good luck!

I skipped the pantyliner altogher and instead bought a box of FULL ONE maxi-pads with wings but that were ultra-thin. They are only slightly thicker than a panty liner, but much LONGER and with the wings they wrap around the edges. In general....I find that I feel much more clean 'down there' and have less of that icky humid moist feeling. I believe the brand I bought were Always With Wings - Ultra Thin maxi-pads. I put one on at night after taking my suppository and it lasts all night. the next morning, when I wake up, I take it off and clean myself up and my panties are totally dry/protected and I have less of that icky "butt-crack sweat" feeling. ;-)

Well, I guess I am not having the extreme gooey ooze , my RE has a pharmacy compound a caplet that dissolves vaginally & doesnt leak a lot. Thank goodness.
Beside what the other ladies have mentioned about panty liners & stuff I also use the feminine wipes by summers eve to clean up & feel more refreshed. Good luck!
