I just made my first appointment with a fertility specialist. My OB/GYN and his urologistt have both recommended IVF so I'm hoping the specialist agrees and we start right away. Anyway, once the process starts, I understand from reading posts and from friends I've spoken to that I will be at the office A LOT. Can anyone tell me how much throughout the process? I'm just trying to prepare myself for how much work I'll be missing. I heard I'll be testing every day after the 2nd half of the cycle. Is that correct? And for those working, who told their employer? I know I don't have to but is it prudent to be honest? I'm torn here. I just started this job in July and I work for a corporation but my boss is pretty cool. I'm so new to all this so any advice would be appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
