1. at 15 i developed blood clots thorughout my body due to estrogen and last year my ob/gyn wanted to put me on a the highest dose of estrogen possible for continous. this medicine WASNT even approved by the FDA!! of course i refused and wanted a progestrogene only pill but he refused and prescribed the estrogen one. he wouldnt even belive me about the clots even AFTER looking at my charts.
2. 4 days before having surgery to remove my endo that had grown back 6 months after my lap my doctor dropped me. i told the nurse my endo was spreading and causing alot of problems and that i needed this surgery. well her excuse was to see "planned parenthood" who doesnt even do surgeries.
3.i have really painful pelvic exams so i always ask for extra lube and to be careful. well the nurse who was doing it said "she didnt have to be careful because if i could take the mirena insertion then i can do this" i almost came off that table and bitch slapped that nurse!
doctors and nurses definatly think they know best but they dont. good luck and i hope you find a better RE office

I've been lucky so far and have not had any mishaps. If you truly believe that your doctor or clinic does not have your best interest, I think it's time for a second opinion.
