I am so sorry for your loss. There is nothing anyone can say to you to make it any better or easier. I have been exactly where you are and it is the worst feeling ever. Don't let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn't feel. The only thing that somewhat helps is time and that is the the only thing you won't want. It will never be easy but only more tolerable. Please treat yourself kindly or to something special, and feel however you need to feel. Cry, scream, throw something, be mad and sad, whatever you need. We are all here for you to support you in whatever way you need. Huge huge hug to you and lots of love!

Jaydee, my heart breaks for you. I can only imagine what you must be going through and know the feeling of thinking, "let me just get past these first 10 weeks"- its so frustrating knowing that there seems to be no "safe" period of time. Nothing can pacify what your feeling and it shouldn't. In my experience, time seems to be the only saving factorial. Sometimes it feels like the only consistent thing in life, always going forward regardless of physical and mental setbacks. To help me get over things similar, I pray, I cry, I try to do things that I know make me smile, and I have to tell myself to keep going forward- like time. And by doing it the pain slowly starts to subside and soon the once loud drum beat of anger and hurt and frustration and sadness becomes more and more faint. I wish there was something I could do- that we all could do. Lots of love lady.

I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I wish I could take all your pain away. I'm not sure anyone can tell you how to get through it, but you will. Do what you can to keep your heart happy. Take care of yourself, and cry as much as you need. Some long walks, massages, movies, reading.... anything you love to do may help. Your words "so close" reminds me of the book by Tertia "so close". If you have not read it yet, I recommend it. She went through hell to get her kids and for some reason her struggles give me strength. Maybe it will help for you too.

like others have said, nothing anybody can say will make you feel better. It's one of those things that hurts no matter what. But as far as telling you what to do, allow yourself to grieve and feel your pain. Take all the time you need to heal, and don't be frustrated when time is the only thing that helps. I am so sorry hun. Only time will heal you. My MC was one of the hardest things I have ever been through and on some days I still struggle that instead of having a baby at home, we are still TTC. But it does get better. Take all the time you need to grieve before jumping back into it all.

I am so sorry for your loss :(. Losing a baby is one of the hardest things to experience.

I know it hurts and the pain feels like its unbearable. Most women grieve and then pick themselves up and try again.

Spend some time on you. I normally get a mani and pedi and spend a few days on the couch with my fave ice cream. With my third loss my husband and I took a trip to the beach for a long weekend.

To me, I feel like the infertility journey are for those women who have the strength to beat it. You will get through this. :)

Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement. Still feeling numb. My body still thinks there's a baby so I still have pregnancy symptoms - FML. I'm anxious but looking forward to my D&C tomorrow so they can remove everything and I can start healing. Thank you all again. x

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too miscarried after my first IVF. I thought I was 10 weeks and we had lost the baby at 7 weeks. It isn't fair that our bodies play these tricks on us and unfortunately it takes a lot of time to heal from this. I wish you all the best in the days to come. Remember it is ok to cry and be mad but also make sure you take care of yourself.

So sorry for your loss. I mced after our 1st IVF last year. We didn't have a heartbeat at 6 weeks. It took me a long time to heal, not never get over. My unfortunate timing was right before Mother's day so my DH told our families on my behalf we would not be participating. I got a necklace that day (picture is in my photos) and somehow that helped a bit to not let it be forgotten. I am sorry again, I know it is tough and you need to take whatever time you need. Like the others said- cry, scream, stare off at nothing, cuddle with your puppy dogs if you have them, etc. Thinking about you.

I am so sorry for your loss, I also have had miscarriages one at 12wks and the other at 5... it is devastating and you just feel so cheated! for me, the inability to get pregnant again after my last miscarriage has been almost unbearable.
