I understand how you feel about wanting a second child as much as the first. I've been TTC for almost 4 years, my son is now 5. He asks for a baby sister or brother almost every day now and tells me santa will bring him one because he's been a good boy.
It hard for us to deal but I find it's harder to try to explain to a child that we have to wait and see.
I know it's difficult, I'm going through a mc now.
In the end we just get up and try again because I'm sure you'll agree, when you look at your daugther that the end result is worth the try...it just sucks we have to try so much harder than most.
That's why it's ok to have bad days and then worst days because on some days we also end up with miracles.

Kimbochi and RoxyD, I'm so sorry for your struggles and losses. I have a beautiful 2 year old son from my first IVF attempt and like you, craved a 2nd child just as much as my first! I went through an FET just over a year ago for baby #2 and it didn't work...I initially got a BFP and the embryo started to implant, but just as quickly as I got my BFP, it all ended. It was heartbreaking and it took me about 9 months to get back into another FET (I needed a few months, but my husbands work/travel made us wait longer, too). But, I'm glad I waited and got mentally prepared, as I went through my second FET this past February and I'm now 23 weeks pregnant! Take the time you need to be emotionally and mentally prepared. You will know when the time is right to try again. And have faith with the rest of your frosties. :) Out of 5 embryos, my RE has transferred 4 (2 with my first IVF, 1 with my first FET, 1 with my second FET) and he is going down the line of the "best" embryos to transfer. So have faith that it can work with any one of them. My best to you and I hope you can get miracle #2. :)
