I tried the natural approach for a while and went to a chinese herbalist/acupuncturist. I did not get pregnant with just herbs and acupuncture(I needed IVF) but she did totally regulate my cycle and made me feel great. She really thought I would get pregnant under her care and was dissapointed that I needed IVF. There are a ton of herbs out there and it helps to find someone who knows what they are doing as they can be counterproductive. But try reading the Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis. It is a great book which has a quiz to figure out your imbalances and then recommends herbs, diets and acupuncture points based on your needs. Good luck!!! I'm here if you have any questions. P.S. warning Chinese herbs taste really really gross!!!
Mine don't taste bad, but I have to take a lot of them - 4 of each per day - that's 8 a day!
My acupuncturist might try me on some new ones that are more loaded so I don't have to take so many.
