First, thanks to all of you girls who answered my stressed out message yesterday. However as expected it was BFN today To say that I am devastated is probably an understatement as this cycle was pretty much make it or brake it for us. I see my doctor this afternoon and from our conversations last month, he will most probably recommend IVF, which at the moment we cant afford and will be unable to afford for a very long time (at least till 2010 when I finish my doctorate and I can start work) .
So I guess this is it, at least for the foreseeable future... I will let you all know of the outcome this afternoon, but I am not holding much hope

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I would suggest seeing if you can freeze some eggs right now if you can. I was surprised at how common place that is. Gee, I wish they had this 8 years ago!
I would suggest embryos as well...but I believe you have to do one round of IVF to get the embryos to freeze.
That may also be an option...doing one round and then freezing the remaining embryos for a later date.
I don't know where you live, but again, NY State has a grant to do 2 free IVF's for women under 43. Heck, NY is such a great city & state, I'd move there!
Good luck.
