I am on a 100% natural cycle. Didn't even do any monitoring. I usually don't ovulate without medication. But am 99% sure that I ovulated on Monday November 3rd. I had spotting that day and cramps on my right side. They were gone by the next afternoon. So now I guess I am in the middle of my 2ww. My question is this. Without any triggers or anything how early (how many days DPO) could a blood test show positive? I have a physical on Tuesday because DH and I have to have them for our adoption process. My big concern is that the following Tuesday (18th) I have an endoscopy scheduled where they will use sedation. I am almost positive that there is nothing to worry about and that I am not PG, but I was also almost positive that I wouldn't ovulate on my own. And I would have to have gone through all of this (failed IUIs and failed IVF) to become pregnant on my own and then to lose it because I was sedated. HELP!
