Yesterday was beta day after our FET. We got the terrible news that my level is only 15. It is considered positive, but should be more than 100. They think that the pregnancy started and then stopped, or that beta was higher and is now dropping. It will be re-drawn tomorrow and see if it has gone up, but it is a very slim chance. Once I stop the meds, it will be over and essentially I will miscarry. The worst part is that all last week I really did not have a good feeling, and had kind of come to grips with a BFN. Then I took a HPT on Sat and it was faintly positive. I was SO excited - it was the 1st time I have ever seen 2 lines on a HPT and actually began to think I might be pregnant. This past week has been an awful roller coaster. I think this one may hurt more than when we got our neg results from our fresh IVF because I feel like each one takes a little piece of hope and it seems harder to re-group and try again. I so know how you are feeling! I had a first beta of 32 with my FET and was basically told it was a chemical pregnancy. I fortunately had a wonderful outcome and my DD is now 5 months old. The waiting is awful but I am hoping for good news for you too!

Hi and hugs, I know exactly what you are going thru. My first beta was 25 and I did my second bloodwork this morning. I am praying for both of us. take care and hugs again.

I'm sorry. I had a chemical pregnancy after our 1st IVF (beta was 59 then starting dropping) I agree with what you said...I think this is worse & harder to come to terms with than just getting a BFN right away. On the other hand, I have heard lots of stories of people with low 1st betas who went on to have healthy babies, so I'm praying that that will be you!!!

i (miraculously after 4yrs ttc) got pregnant naturally- dont hate me, it was so unexpected! I only knew we were pregnant bc i went to the drs for a E-tegrity biopsy of my uteran lining and the bw came back with a beta of 10. It went up to a 367 the next week. The dr said he'd like a 100...i beat him...sadly our embryo stopped growing at 6.5 weeks and i go tomorrow for my D&C but know that a low beta DOESNT mean it wont go up. I was what my RE called "BARELY" pregnant... it was only 11dpo so...it was as early as early could be...have hope. We'll be praying for you!!!

I'm so sorry and I'm with you. We just got our BFN after our first IVF cycle and it is devastating. I hope your number goes up.

Do not give up hope!!! I would love any type of Beta reading....at least it means that something happened!!!!

I am sorry to hear that! It is so hard to get a positive result after everything and just watch it slip away, or hear it isn't high enough. :-(
