I have PCOS, eveything for hubby is normal.

Ok on Wednesday 1-26-10, I went to the Dr. and I have a 15mm follicle... ! yay! , I am to take stims for 100 IU Wed (yesterday) & Thursday., Im sure it will increase even more.. I have to do my trigger shot (HCG) on Friday night 10pm and go in at 10 am on Sunday for my very first IUI!!! Im praying that it works out.. Im sooo excited, but i dont want to be let down.. So Im blocking that out.. :) lol.. keep me in your prayers!!! :) ...

My Questton Is, Are there any success stories with the first IUI?

Your 1st IUI sounds very similar to mine with the exception we used Femara and trigger shot. I did get pregnant, but I m/c at 8 weeks. That was back in October. We were told to wait a month, but we ended up waiting about 10 weeks and I started acupuncture during that time. I had been ttc with my hubby for almost 4 years and that was our very first positive test! There is hope even with pcos! Just did IUI #2 yesterday, hoping this time we will get our take home baby! Hi! Can you update on what the results of your IUI's were? I'm going through my first cylce of clomid and any positive messages of success would help tremendously :)

Hi.. Well my first IUI 1 follicle... BFN
Second Cycle IUI was cancel because off Too many follicles..
Third Cycle.. I am on this now... just firshed up my 2ww on Wednesday... My Blood Test was in the grey area.... lol.. anything under a 5 is negative and anything over at 25 is considered positive.. mines was a 7.9... So 3 thing could cause this "too early pregnancy test", "pregnancy that is about to miscarry", or a ecoptic pregnancy ... so I went back in this morning for another blood test and I still waiting on the results as of right now.. lol on pins & needles.. lol

Yay for you!! That is so exciting!
I agree that it is helpful to hear success stories... today was my 1st IUI... and it is also my birthday... knowing that it is possible definitely helps.
I'm so happy for you :)
