I hope it's okay that I'm posting here. I feel so close to this group and I just wanted to let you know the latest news that I got yesterday.
My red spotting turned to full blown period type bleeding the same night as my first official ultrasound last Thursday. The ultrasound had gone really well, we saw a heartbeat and everything looked perfect. I called the nurse and told her about the bleeding and she didn't seem too concerned because of how good the ultrasound had looked the previous day. She just told me to rest and moved my next appt. up to Monday (yesterday). So after practically having a period all weekend the bleeding stopped Sunday afternoon. I went to my RE and had another u/s yesterday. My RE saw bleeding on the u/s. The baby still has a heartbeat, which is the good news. The bad news is that my RE said I have a 50% chance of miscarriage because of all the bleeding. He said he's seen about half of cases like this end with a healthy delivery and half in miscarriage. I have another ultrasound in 2 weeks. He said all we can do is wait and see. If we still have a heartbeat in 2 weeks my odds of having a healthy pg go way up.
I just don't even know what to think or feel. I want to cry because I have a 50% chance of miscarrying but then I keep thinking about that little heartbeat I saw. I'm trying to stay positive but sometimes it's difficult.
So, we're just in this state of limbo for the next 2 weeks. Please keep us in your prayers.

As hard as it it try to stay calm and not cry to much when ur tense ur uterus contracts that could make the bleeding worse. I hate that u have to wait 2 weeks. Maybe u can come up with a complaint and get in early for one. I will pray everything goes ok.

Try your best not to be on your feet to much, seriously..do yourself a favor and get as much bed rest as possible. From what I have read from other pregnant ladies this can make all the difference. Praying that everything will be alright with you and the baby!!
