Good luck!
My amh is actually much lower than yours and I have gotten pregnant (unfortunately, a mean ol' chromosomal abnormality caused a miscarriage). I also currently have three frozen embryos waiting for transfer (that we got doing two IVF cycles).
It turned out my follicles/eggs were "late bloomers" so I stayed on my IVF meds longer than the average patient to give them time to fully mature, hence the freezing of the eggs. Because the cycles were longer, they were too long for the uterus and it was "cooked" by that time. So now we can take the frozen ones and transfer at time when the uterus is ripe and ready! Us low amh girls may just need more time on the meds :)
So, that's a long way of saying that there are possibilities. As I think I said before, I'm happy to share details of my protocol with you-- I have found a doctor who is creative and aggressive (but safe), so let me know how I can help you...
Definitely get started on the DHEA (the micronized/pharmaceutical kind). I've also heard Coq10 can help w/ egg quality. I'm pulling for you! We are here for you!!
