I hope that you find the peace with this decision no matter what it is.
I can only speak for what I would do. With every miscarriage I have had, every procedure I have gone through, every test, every month I'm not pregnant, every heart ache, every why me... I want to give up.
However, then a few days later I get right back to it. Wanting to find out what I can do differently, what meds I can take, what other procedure I an do etc etc. I think right now you might feel defeated, and I get that, and have been there myself. However, there's always that chance of hope and that one thing that keeps me going. Like you mentioned you have been pregnant and maybe that's the hope you need to try again.
I'm at the I give up stage right now. I just dont think I can go through another heartache physically or emotionally. But I also know that this stage won't last long and i'll be right back to trying.
I wish you all the best in whatever decision you make.
I recently discovered the book "is your body baby friendly" by Dr. Alan Beers. It has allowed me to take control of this journey and order more tests. I have learned I have hetero MTHFR and will require a higher dosage of prednisone, heparin (lovenox) and folgard.
I understand your frustration, but my point is make sure you have had all the tests for you and your DH before making a decision. That way at least you will know you have done everything you could and there will be no regrets.
I truely wish you the best of luck.
