So my DH and I have been trying for almost 2 years. We've had 3 misscarriages and 1 eptopic. After our last misscarriage we decided to stop IUI's and try on our on. So far we have not been successful. My husband and I have both taken every test that we can possibly take and they have all come back normal. So right now, I just don't know what to do or where to turn. We know that we can get pregnant, but just can't keep pregnant. And all everyone keeps saying is that they don't know why. It is so frustrating and I want to be a mommie more than anything. Is anyone out there going through this same thing? If so, what are you doing?

I have a few questions before I comment:
1. Have you seen a reproductive endocrinologist or a basic OB/GYN?
2. Have you been able to have any pathology reports from your miscarriages? Have they sent any tissue to the lab or have you miscarried naturally?
3. Have you ever had your progesterone levels monitored during one of your pregnancies?

I saw my OB/GYN for about a year and for the past year have been seeing a fertility doctor in Atlanta at ACRM. All of my misscarriages have been early and no samples were sent off as they were had naturally. As for progesterone, for 2 of the 3 misscarriages, my progesterone levels were good. The last one I had was low and they upped my progesterone to three pills a day instead of 2. Last month we tried on our own and I did the progesterone pills and lovenox. The reason they put me on lovenox is because one lupus test out of 3 came back slightly positive. So it's just more of a precaution. I am on CD 14 today and usually ovulate between day 16-19. So it's coming soon. I was thinking of just doing the progesterone and a baby asprin to see if that works. I am just so lost here....any advice would be great!
Since you live in a major metropolitan area, have you thought about getting a second opinion? Meaning another RE? What is your current RE telling you?

I will suggest other methods of pegesterons than the inserted pills. Any thing else you can think of would be great. Thanks for the great advice...and keep it coming if you think of anything please:)
