I am going to do the hardest thing I ever had to do. I am needing some advice bad because I dont know what Im going to do or where Im going to have to go if it gets bad. Here goes...
I was raped by this guy when I was 16 in my old apartment building.

He said I dropped something and he had it in his apartment and if I wanted to go get it. I went upstairs and he pushed me in to his apartment. He beat my face and my body and then took me into his room where he raped me while on my period with my tampon on. It was the worst pain I have ever felt. He was sent to jail and he comes out within a year. I dont know how to get info on this case because it was so long ago. I also fear for my sister because she just moved to that neighborhood and said she feared what might happen to her if him or his friends know where she lives.
WHAT DO I DO???? HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT THIS MAN IF I DONT HAVE A HIS NAME, THE NAME OF THE COURT, THE POLICE OFFICER WHO HELPED ME?? NOTHING....

Could you call the police and ask for info? They would have experience dealing with this. They may be able to look up the conditions of his release, as well. Where I live, there is a victim services organization. I wonder if there is in your area?
Have you ever gone to the local Rape Crisis Centre? They may be able to advise as well. Perhaps they have someone you could talk to that has been in a similar situation. How scary it must be for you.
