Hello I have to meet my dad who molested me when i was young for dinner with my mom and I feel really anxious about this.

As far as your house being messy or unclean, I'm sure you realize on some level that molesting your kid is so much worse than having a messy house that it's ridiculous. But feelings aren't always logical. If he said anything it would be nice to tell him "Yeah, Dad, I'm not in great shape" (blame, blame). Not that he'd probably get it.
Anyone who reads your post would like to protect you in this situation, as you should have been protected in the past. Maybe advice is not helpful, but I hope you can hold onto your sense of self and realize that that man is entitled to exactly nothing from you, whether you're ready to act on that or not.
Does your mother know he abused you? And why do you "HAVE" to meet your dad for dinner? You have a right to say no.
