Ask for help , there's someone out there ready to listen to you and protect you, a therapist, someone from a crisis center, a girl friend.
I know you are terrified of talking.
Therapy and taking medication regularly help reduce considerably panic attacks and suicide impulses.
You deserve softness and being looked after.All of you.

we're all sending you hugs and waiting for you to write again. I've thought about taking every pill before too. Then I found a way to stick around. I'm so glad I did because I've made some wonderful friends and I have two sweet and fascinating children. we are here for you, blackrose.

*sigh* morning... Last night I drank everything and swallowed some pills that I could find then I threw up and passed out. I was then shaken awake by the police who interrogated me for a while... I'm now on suicide watch and the police won't help me...

Oh honey I am so sorry. Here you were giving me support when you needed it more. You are not alone please reach out to me (us) when you need us. I know easy to say since I didn't reach out last week. Now we both need to pick ourselves up and again live minute to minute. I am here for you.
