Last year I had an analysis done and one of the issues said that I needed to take phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinosoitol. The first time I saw these words I freaked out and had no idea what they were. But this year I started taking the supplement PS-100 and found that when I take it my brain fog goes away. If I miss taking it I start having the brain fog again. The one I have is made from soy, but I have not found it to cause my thyroid any problem, but I do get the more expensive ones. I just was wondering if anyone else has taken it and how much. Also, if anyone else has had such good results as I have.

I was on sythroid, then Armour, but my new endo took me off the Armour as the word is that it's not effective.
I'm back to taking the sythroid 88, and will start taking cytomel as he feels that I'm not turning my T4 into T3.
I'm definately going to try the Essential fatty acid phosphatidylserine (PS-100) 100 mgs...I'll let you know if it helps!
