I was dumb and turned off my alarm for my thyroid pills. The day before yesterday I didn't take them until 5:00pm and my regular time is like between noon and 2:00. The next day I did it again and I didn't take them until like 7:00pm. Ever since the first time I did it, I have felt really depressed and really tired.
For messing up my pills for two days, can it make me feel that way so fast? I'm usually really good about taking them at the same time every day.....

A small drop in our thyroid levels (when missing a dose or taking it late) can make a big difference in how we feel.....especially if our levels aren't yet optimal.
