Please, please, please stop thinking about what meds/dose sizes worked and instead look at your FT4/FT3 levels.
It's maintaining your optimal FT4/FT3 levels that will keep you feeling good - not a particular dose size.
Your requirements for thyroid hormone can change over time so, a dose that worked for you in the past might not be appropriate for you now.
Perhaps you'd be interested in reading the thread I wrote about maintaining optimal levels - this is what has kept me virtually free from thyroid symptoms.

Recently, I dealt with some minor (and weird) symptoms only because I didn't push my doctor for a dose adjustment I thought I needed.
I was feeling great at the time of my labs but they showed the need for a T3 dose adjustment - first time I've needed an increase since starting T3.
Well, my doctor told me that my lower FT3 "can happen" and wasn't a concern. It proved to be a concern that snowballed a bit (I wound up needing a T4 dose increase as well)
Everything is back on track and I've been feeling awesome.
I would very much like that for you.....
I hope you want the same for yourself - you deserve it.
