Not enough of my hair falls out at once for me to notice but I see the regrowth when the short stubby hairs start to come in again, and i know my hair is just one hank where it used to have at least twice as much.

Your dose was increased because your thyroid hormone levels were too low. And, as a result of your dose being increased, your thyroid hormone levels start to change.
As I mentioned in an earlier post on here...Hair has thyroid hormone receptors and is therefore very sensitive to too-low thyroid hormone levels, too-high thyroid hormone levels or changing thyroid hormone levels.
This sensitivity translates into hair loss.

I wash my hair maybe every 2 days now, dependent on whether it feels oily I sometimes just wash my hair with conditioner only. I use a detangler and gently comb with a fork. I then rub a dab of Organix-Moroccan Argan Oil prior to blow-drying. It makes my hair look shiny and healthy.
