So I've been on the Armour for about 2 months now and while I haven't noticed a big change there are some benefits. I do not feel bloated all the time, my hands don't swell anymore, my periods are lighter, and my hair is not falling out at all..... I'm still fatigued but apparently I have a raging Ebstein Barr infection (and have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue)so I'm now on anti virals and I start Low Dose Naltrexone next week..... Any little improvment is still improvement. :)
Honestly, I'm hoping that, once you heal from the EB, the CFS Dx just might go away.
I've read of many people suffering with hypothyroid symptoms and being given a CFS Dx.
Once those people got their thyroid straightened out, they no longer had what was thought to be CFS.
I sure hope that's the case for you.
And, LDN sounds very promising - I've researched it extensively.
