It is however a two month buildup, so the major symptoms don't come back in a day.
I would advise your doctor, or talk to your pharmacist about changing the timing of your dose. You may want to be tested after a couple months to be sure nothing has changed.
Speak to some people you care about to look for any symptoms that may creep in if there is a little change in the levels that get into your body.

Let her (him) know yur feelings about your dose & U don't feel yur body is absorbing the medication. They may want to do a blood test.
