As I'm sure you're aware, there are easily 300 *possible* symptoms of hypothyroidism.
No one has every single symptom (thank God!).
However, each of us has his/her own typical cluster of symptoms. And, there's always the "fun" (not) of the new symptoms we can develop after dose adjustments.
Proper amounts of thyroid hormone eliminate the symptoms caused by low thyroid.
Get thee to a good doctor! You obviously need treatment!
Once I got on Armour, they improved. If they got caught while opening a jar or just using them they would break real easy - it would be a rigid break and would get caught on my clothes. My nails have lots of ridges like the potato chips even though my health has improved -- I'm feelin' normal right now.
So, there you go...it either means something or nothing...
