Hypochondria refers to excessive worry about having a serious illness. Hypochondria is often characterized by fears that minor bodily symptoms may indicate a serious illness, constant self-examination and self-diagnosis, and a preoccupation with one's body. Many individuals with hypochondriasis express doubt and disbelief in the doctors' diagnosis.
Journaling can help. By writing it all out and then talking back to it with "Logic." (The Dr says I'm fine; the test results were negative. -- write those down, too )
As to the leg cramps: eat bananas. Leg cramping can be due to low potassium. Sometimes that's caused if one is taking diuretics. But, even if there's no explanation, then unless you have an allergy to bananas (LoL) -- it won't hurt to eat 1 a day and see if that alleviates the cramping.
Blood clot in the back of your calf would be extremely painful, hot to the touch and the skin would be red. Happens to middle-aged/older people with an active history of heart-disease and a sedentary lifestyle.
