Hypochondria Support Group
Hypochondria refers to excessive worry about having a serious illness. Hypochondria is often characterized by fears that minor bodily symptoms may indicate a serious illness, constant self-examination and self-diagnosis, and a preoccupation with one's body. Many individuals with hypochondriasis express doubt and disbelief in the doctors' diagnosis.
As far as your symptoms, throat tightness, wheezing, pain....that can all be from the stress of worrying.
But like everyone else says....get away from the internet. Once I stopped looking up my symptoms I got much better!
It's probly nothing to worry about ^_^ but if you get really scared in a couple weeks and notice things are getting worse and not better, then see a doctor.
I hope this was helpful!
"Why can't my body just be symptom-less and healthy feeling for more than one or two weeks?"
...your body's health includes 3 parts. Physical, Social and Mental. Your are mentally unhealthy...you have an anxiety disorder. Want to feel better physically?? Treat your mental health problem. Counseling has helped me tons.
Best of luck!!
