I am sorry you are feeling poorly. If it were me, I would ask the Endo to run the thyroid panel of the Free T3, Free T4, and TSH especially to see what is going on. Also get thyroid antibodies for the Graves' Disease of the TSI and the TRAb to see if this is an autoimmune disorder.
Having anxiety and panic attacks was one of the first things I noticed too and had to see the doctor for lab work and such. Please look over any thyroid triggers such as in your diet and environmental. The list can be found at:
