Human papillomavirus is a diverse group of DNA-based viruses that infect the skin and mucous membranes of humans. More than 100 different human papillomavirus (HPV) types have been characterized. Some HPV types cause benign skin warts, or papillomas, for which the virus family is named. HPVs associated with the development of such "common warts" are transmitted...
which 2 major ways to release stress... the gym and the bed room!
yes exercise and sex help reduce stress tremendously!
we are so caught up worrying about not stressing and being healthy that we are stressing ourselves out! so many of us wonder why its not going away or why it comes back after treatment but your right its because we are thinking about it,stressing about it, worrying about it.... the KEY is to LET IT GO!!!
im only a month in the clear and i really havent worried much about another out break. in my head im like if it happens ill go get them removed like i did the first time. so am i nervous about them coming back? yes of course! however i have found that i dont think about it nearly as much as i did pre treatment.
i even had sex for the first time since i found out and although i feel bad about not sharing i DO feel like i am living a normal life again!
we shall see what happens!!!
since both of you guys are exposed to the same strain, then you guys will not able to reinfect each other again. There is a possibility to pass the virus internally. just avoid having sex while there is warts present. Treat it 1st, you may visit your doc to check whether you have any warts inside your vagina.
I've been clear for 2 months, but the virus will always be there. He has no symptoms so I don't know if he has been infected yet.
ACV is starting to confuse me, I know that it works for removing warts (although I'm not totally sure that's what mine were) but even when my skin is fully smooth and I put it on occasionally there's like a tiny dot or so that turns white even though the skin is completely smooth. I know that ACV can turn many bumps white.. it's infamous for turning things that aren't warts white... but I just don't know if I should judge by that or just my smooth skin you know?
I have been clear from March 2008. I believe that if we saw them 1st hand on our 1st outbreak we will never miss them no matter how tiny they are.
i know my body now i easly pick up anything new on it no matter how small it is. HPV made me crazy sometimes my doctors laughs at me she will say im paranoid but thats just the way i am now.
I thought that the fear of getting an outbreak was more likely to bring it on that anything else so i completely surrendered to it, stopped trying to control it. I did everything i can- detoxing, being health etc and after that you just have to let it go. Eventually I thought about it less and less until now its occasional. and when i do think about it i don't have a massive emotional / psychological response. It just kind of floats by 'i wonder if i'm clear yet..' then onto something else.
also i read this and when i do think about gw i try to think of this http://cebp.aacrjournals.org/content/16/4/709.full.pdf+htm
Good vibes to you all
