For the past 1 month, I was totally down, scared, worried and paranoid over hpv and its side effect that can affect my life gradually till my dying days. As a paranoid person, I always think something that mostly will not happen or I'll always expecting the worse of it.
I have almost lost my sanity and becoming numb over my surroundings, where I shared my concern and fear to my DailyStrength buddy 'iGrief'' where he'll be my pit stop to overcome my fear about this virus and my gloomy future with it. Till 1 point of time, i could not think anymore... I don't bother to think about gw, hpv, cancer and etc... my mind generates a different reason even deep inside I think its a new outbreak.
Even my doctor said it is not true that everyone will have outbreak for sure if our immune is down due to sickness, he gave me an example of my infection 2 months ago... I was terribly ill due to fever, flu, sore throat which lasted for almost 2weeks yet i don't have any outbreak. Even he claimed there is no 100% proof of all hpv(low risk) infected patient will have recurrence/outbreak during pregnancy even they will encounter immune imbalance problem.
Soon after that, I came to realize that life is not as what we planned initially... I'm too paranoid about hpv, but end of the day I may die before I'll face another outbreak due to any mishap or other disease. I have never share my problem with others except with you guys and my best guy in need, 'iGrief'... but last week, one of my friend saw the sadness in me and he tap my shoulder and whispered, 'life is short, make it sweet'.
Maybe the reason I'm taking this thing heavily due to my gf, which having this issue too... I feel its not fair for her to have it... my crazy research has end up it confusion where most of the information on hpv contradicts with another resource (most of it is from trusted and large health care institutes) but I'm praying for the magic word 'eliminate' to come true, I pray and hope God will bless us to eliminate this thing from our life... and I hope one day, I can post here to let all of you know that this virus can be cured and I have made it... Like you said, lets just pray and keep up with this. I actually read from experts and doctors that this can be under control. We gotta stay positive , dont stress yourself over it. If you wanna talk it out, hit me up anytime. =)
Its been quite hard for me to challenge my thoughts, especially when I notice any medical issue with me or my gf... my brain will automatically relate it with hpv. Yes, the rest said I have to occupy my mind with other things or try to get a new hobby... but its kinda hard...
Man, if only I can erase this hpv thingy from my brain... God bless you friend...
