I'm just looking for another point of view, I don't really like talking to my friends about this since I don't feel like they can really relate. But, my story in a nutshell is, I'm now 27, I was diagnosed in April 2008 at age 25. My cells were abnormal and I ended up having a colposcopy then needed a LEEP. I was to follow up with three paps 6-months apart each, the first two were normal then the last one 2-weeks ago came back abnormal and I was told over the phone that the hpv is back and I need to follow up in 6 months. Has this happened to anyone else who ended up being ok? I'm worried because no matter how much I read up on it I'm still confused. I am not married and don't have kids yet, but I definitly want both in my future. I can't tell what kind of effect this diagnosis will have.. if anyone out there is in a similar situation please share your thoughts. Thank you so much!
