The topical treatment doesn't cure the HPV because we carry it in our bloodstreams. So I would quit taking whatever vitamins you are taking that don't work and see about getting some of the other supplements that are suggested on here. I read on here frequently because I don't have a job, or a life to speak of, right now, so I have time. But even before then it intrigues me how much the people on here know, have figured out from each other, and passed down to the new people. I think the people that have the mild strain of HPV that causes the warts know more than the doctors about treating it. I have deffinitely, myself, decided that if I am treating it adequately with supplements I don't need topical treatments that leave scars. I have scars too, and that is when I decided something had to change. It is recommended that we try one supplement for at least one month before we decide to change to something else. And everything that is recommended on here clears us of the warts, it's just that what works for one person doesn't work for everyone. But, I suggest that you get some coconut oil for your skin it is supposed to be very effective, and use it while you decide what vitamin regimen to change to. I was diagnosed in December, and I started taking vitamins and other supplements in January, I had a cryo in December and an acid treatment in January, and it was after that that I saw improvement, so I don't think I'll change the vitamin regime for now because it seems it worked.

If this Efudix is the same as Aldara, then you are only to use it for four days and then take three days off to heal a bit before the next treatment. That seems to be fairly standard with any treatments for warts, even apple cider vinegar you need to take a few day break in between treatments. I have had one cryo treatment and two acid treatments and I am looking pretty normal again. I use Vit E oil to help aid in soothing things.

definitely use cream and let your skin take a break so it can heal. too much damage at once will leave you with scars. be very careful if u use apple cider vinegar. that can leave scars as well.
