I brought it to my naturopath as well and she said the vitamins in it are too low for a theraputic use.
like for example the vitamin c content was only 100mg or so....u need at least a 1000mg.
no wonder it did nothing.
The only "testimonials" online are on the product website. that always makes me weary.
Where i read testimonials on rma everywhere on different blogs.
i wouldn't waste your money with it.
better to use rma and buy a mushroom mix supplement.
