The nurse had this chart, and I was always asked each time I went for treatment, to give them a pain rating of 1 to 10. From least painful to most painful. I usually give a 7 or 8. The treatment itself does not hurt much, it is the aftermath that hurts more.
So just be really slow about peeing and just relax. I know it hurts, but it'll get better. I assure you.
