Talking about hpv, I found out there are few friends out there still having recurrence after stipulated clearing period. This may due to alcohol intake, exposed to new strain and smoking habit. Exercise and and diet is not a main concern as studies shows it plays a minor part in gw outbreak. The most worrying part is depression, keep worrying on it and stress due to the virus which we are facing.
As we can sometimes hear, people have a very controlled diet, regular exercise, vitamin taken accordingly, good sleep, and etc yet gw still not going away. But do us sit down and think why we are doing this at 1st place? I bet when we are on diet we must be thinking of hpv, we exercise due to hpv, vitamins in order to avoid outbreak and good night sleep in order our immune can fight hpv.... where we are doing this for sole reason, which is 'HPV' and not for our self, to relax, to have a healthy meal and good exercise for fantastic figure and good sleep to have a energetic morning on next day.
This is what we should think about! What is the point of doing all changes physically when mentally we are still weak and sick. The thoughts of HPV must be eliminated. I know its easy to say this, but all we need is time and learn to accept it as a common infection. Even I had problem to overcome this at 1st place but now I learn to accept it.
Due to this people will have a wrong interpretation that this virus wont go away within 6months-2years. Remember, HPV should not be your sole reason to change your life. Once you forget about hpv, you'll hardly notice any gw or recurrence. Together we can do this, the mind are more affected than the skin itself. Not to stress our self with this thoughts. That's probably what causes people to worry. I think in general, we don't really worry much about HPV and etc, but only when we see a bump or two, and we start freaking, that's most likely the reason why people freak out...
