Friends,

I just have one question that I'm concern about, it is said that outbreak will happen if our immune system is down. Recently I had a terrible flu, fever and sore throat... it is my 3rd day and I'm not fully recovered. Will i have a outbreak due to my flu and fever? If its so, does this mean I'll have outbreak when ever I had flu and fever? Please advice. May God bless you guys. Thanks.

I don't think so. You should focus on getting better than to worry if you'll have an outbreak. I don't know how the body works because I'm not a doctor but I do know that your mind will play a major part in this affair. You should focus on getting better, rid yourself off flu and fever.

I had flu last month or so and I didn't have any outbreak. I hope that helps!

It's possible, but having the flu doesn't mean your immune system has crashed. It just means something got in that your body didn't know how to fight.

Odds are, you'll be fine.

I agree with natty. Don't worry about it! Focus on getting rid of your flu and fever. I sense a fever and sore throat kicking in... =(

Don't worry iGrief... Just visit your gp and get yourself some antibiotics and flu medicine.. You'll be fine, drink plenty of warm water and take a very good rest.

Natty, thank you for your soothing words.. I hope I'll not face any outbreak for getting flu and fever... I just cannot afford it...

Just take your vitamins, sleep full nights, and wash regularly, you'll be good.
