i would ask her doctor to make sure but while i was on condylox it burned very bad and made my skin super raw and it was very close to bleeding. My gyno told me that the kind of hpv strain that causes warts does not cause cancer. However someone can have more than one type of hpv strain. If she keeps going to her paps every year she should be fine. They will test for abnormal cells in her cervix. If the hpv in on/around her bottom then it is probably in her cervix as well. Im not sure if they can test the actual anus. like i said, if you do have any concerns you should always tell your doctor everything. This will also calm your worries. Also avoid googling, it causes nothing but anxiety and more "what ifs" to pop up. Any anal sex will help spread the warts so avoid that if possible.

Try using Apple Cider vinegar. It works on most people and it's natural. I've heard it can cause burning but i have never experienced any burning. Then again I have only used it a few times. This is what I do to apply it..

You can buy cheap Apple Cider Vinegar (i got best yet brand, less than $2)
Cut regular cotton balls into halves, or quarters. Soak them in the ACV and squeeze the excess out.
Use band-aids to hold the cotton balls onto the skin and leave on for a while. If the skin doesn't have any reaction to it then it should be safe to leave it on over night and remove them in the morning.

The only problem I found with this treatment was the fact that I am sensitive to some bandaids. Make sure its a kind she has used before. It sounds like she doesn't need any more irritation. I would also wait until her skin heals before beginning anymore treatments. Im not certain if you can use this treatment inside the anus but I have heard of some people doing it. My advice would be to research the acv treament for genital and anal warts.

I should add that I have heard of women getting colonoscopies for this reason. I'm sure her doctor will inform you if anything needs to be done.

I appreciate your reply, sure I'll ask my doc on this as my our next appointment will be somewhere around early next month. As I and the doc noticed that the number of warts reduced tremendously but yet there is few that still there with raw/bleeding skin.

My doc said once the place is wounded by acid, our body immune focus more on that part eventually it will help to fight the warts. My doc also ask me to monitor my love before the next session as he said, the warts will go away since most of it (yes a lot of them) are gone with the acid treatment.

I'm praying hard everyday, so that this wart and virus will go away and my gf will be fine as normal. Ever since both of us was informed that we are infected, it ruined our life miserably and she's depressed and being so emotional everyday.

If your girlfriend only has the low-risk strain, genital warts, there is very little chance it will become cancerous. It is most likely that the acid application is irritating the skin around her anus. If she has had an abnormal Pap smear, it will be tested for a high-risk strain of HPV, which is the cancer-causing kind. If she has a high-risk strain, a doctor will perform a colposcopy where they apply a vinegar type wash to her cervix and look with a magnifier to see if white or suspicious areas show up which need to be biopsied. If the cervix has abnormal areas present, the doctor could do a vulvoscopy. This is typically the same as a colposcopy, but done on the vulva and around the anus. If abnormal areas appear, they will be biopsied to look for cancer. In addition, the doctor can also do an anal Pap smear to see if there are abnormal cells present which would be followed up with an anoscopy to see if biopsies are needed. If biopsies are needed and come back malignant, which doesn't always mean cancer, doctors will discuss treatment options with your girlfriend. If caught early, less invasive treatment options are available. In fact there is a cream called Imiquimod, also known as Aldara, which can treat genital warts and precancerous areas on the vulva and around the anus by getting her immune system to start attacking the HPV virus. The most important thing you can do for her is to love and support her.

Warts do not cause cancer. They are benegin skin growths. They are called low risk hpv. Only high risk hpv can cause adnormal cells on the cervix, vulva, or anus. But to happen in the anus or on the vulva are extremely rare. And they won't look like warts..warts are warts. High risk hpv looks much different.

I have had warts around my bum a few times..laser was a good option for it. Aldara and acv are good, but laser is a one stop shop.
Ur gf should try epson salt baths to help heal and also go to a health food store and pick up some arnica pill form..just ask for it small bottle and follow directions on bottle...Tastes like sugar, put pills under tongue to melt... No food or drink 20 mins before or after and don't touch the cap to ur mouth...it's a homopathic treatment to heal quickly ...works very well...you would heal in no time

To add also the rawness around her anus is do to the acid treatments Acid burns the skins, hence the warts..nothing to be alarmed about it will heal.

And don't have have anal sex to get them there... I never had anal sex ever in my life and I got some there.
Stress makes the warts worse, believe I know but they do go away. Hpv goes away. I have been 7-8 months clear now.
