Um, the acv works! It doesn't matter how much you use. The more I use, the better I feel LOL I've always used a lot, so Idk if using less works. I pour it all over my private area and especially on the warts. When I was using it, I applied it like 3 times during the day with a q tip to the actual warts. I use a different q tip for each one. lol At night, I used to lay there with a soaked tissue on my private area for like 3 hours and somtimes, all night. I would make sure you have a lot of Vit. E oil because the acv will start to burn your skin and make you super sore. It also made me a little swollen. I noticed a difference in my warts within 2 weeks of doing that. I'm actually going to start doing it again tonight!
I'm sorry you don't know what's normal & what's not normal for your own body. I suggest getting a mirror that mag. by like 10x and a good desk light. I spread out a towel, use those two items, to apply the acv & to just examine myself. You need to get to know your body, esp down there, so you know what is and isn't normal for you. Good luck, sweetie!! take care
If you feel more comfortable switching docs, then do it. But docs are not going to share info on apple cinder vinegar with you. Their job is to sell medications..like the expensive Aldara cream. ACV is 5 bucks and you can purchage it at the grocery store. You can get rid of the warts very quickly in the matter of days.
Get a mirrow that magnifys the area...and use cotton balls, pads to hold over areas you think are warts..they will turn white if they are....using the mirror you should see what is normal and what isn't even without the acv. Anthing that is flesh coloured or whiteish, even reddish, that sticks out of the skin, can be bumpy or smooth. If it looks like it shouldn't be there..it most likely doesn't
Anyways to use it, you can tape cotton balls to warts over night (which is the fastest way) or use it a few times a day or for a bit at night..the longer you use it the faster they go away. But never all day...only 8 hours overnight at the most...It can burn, but not nearly as painful as aldara was. So most people just do it a bit each day and that can take about 2 weeks..which is good!
You will notice the wart turn white, then stay white, turn grayish then black...just means its dying...all normal...then use vitamin e to heal up skin and your good to go...those warts from the those areas wont' come back....hoever u can get new ones in other areas untill ur immune system kicks it out...so keep treating till it does.
Also when your pee is cloudy, usually the sign of a UTI, which needs to be checked out by a doctor and u will need antibotics.
yeast infections cause red bumps, itching and foul smelling cottage cheese discarge.
I would like to mention i did have an increase of discharge when my hpv happened as well...it was white and then clear thoughout my cycle....which is all normal discharge..It's just ur bodies hormones helping to clear you out....probably due to the increase of stress...lovely right lol
but yea save your money just use acv...so much better.
