I do know, we need to move on.
On the one hand drowsing, when I recognize it, can tell me I'm soon to fall asleep. But in some situations where I only want to take a nap but can't drop off, I might be able to drowse. An hour of that just might strengthen a person and make her or him better able to face the day. And help her or him feel better; am thinking there may be real healing going on while one drowses. --As you suggested.

good luck to all anxious ppl . . :)
Lets see my therapist had me working on catastrophizing and anxiety... I was told to talk to myself and ask myself what is the fact I have and to start each morning with how I want to feel and to direct my thoughts towards how I want to feel
So if I want to feel safe which is often. like really often as I am afraid of heights. of water, of where I am staying, of falling in the bathroom, of falling sick, of my family....
So to begin by saying... You are safe, there are locks on your door, the floor can hold you as it had done before, that your family's happiness or well being is not dependent on me.... that I am safe... that I am well...
