A HSP needs lots of quiet time, space, and freedom. If this sounds...

I think you just need to learn some coping skills. You should talk to your doctor. At our local hospital there is a 3 week program called the Serene Program where I learned some valuable coping skills and because it was in the evening hours, I could still work at my full time job. Talk to your doctor about what is available where you live because you don't have to go through life like this when there is help available, if you live in the USA That is. I don't know what they have in other countries.
Good Luck and keep us posted.
God Bless
When you value yourself, you can more easily deal with poor treatment from others in your daily interactions. Your emotional world is safer. Your personal relationships also need to be healthy. I’ve come to a point now where I need healthy personal relationships to further gain deep healing leading to even greater self-confidence. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I am much less triggered than I used to be. I also have a lot more confidence to gain.
I certainly think finding and loving your true self is freedom. From that place you will know your strengths as a sensitive. You CAN thrive. It’s possible. I think reaching out for help is critical, but you need to be able to identify the right kind of people who are capable of lifting you up and truly valuing your perspective. That may take some time. You are reaching out here. You are heading in the right direction. You are insightful. You’ll get what you need in time. You have everything it takes to know what to do. You are extremely valuable and deserve the best. I’m sorry you have to deal with the horrible pain.
