I started this post back in July 2012. It's now the end of Jan 2013 going into Feb. I have been off HBP medication since then and haven't gotten back on it. I would say the first month was hard as my HBP was going up and down. But as I clear my mind and stress the pressure slowly came down and stay down now. I check my BP at one of the meter reading machine at the super market today and I was at 128/80.
Even if the drugs is cheap for tier 3 or what ever reason. The point here is that I've gotten off HBP and my pressure is good now. Most of us do not know that the Doctor's, Gov't and Pharmaceutical is all about money in there pocket and not helping us. I know I won't convince 99% of you guys, but that's what ever choice you pick. It's the life style that you have to change, eat, drink and exercise to be able to do this.
I have had my bad past experience with Doc's that just want to drug me up. But again, I'm not here to tell you guys to stop taking the pills, but here is a example of me that I did it and I am off. If you find a way or want to get off, It can be done...
