It's hard, but try not to stress about it too much, cause that will raise the bp too. Make sure you're getting enough sleep (7 hours is best) and drinking enough water - it helps thin the blood a bit.I brought mine down from when I went to the hospital for it at 210/110 to normally around 117/72 by doing things like this. Hope this helps! : )
When I first tried my Lisinopril, my doc told me if my bp went below 80/50 to let her know.
