Thats so great to hear. What vitamins are you taking and herbal suppliments are you taking? How high was your blood pressure before and during the meds? Did your docter lower your meds while you where making changes?

Good for your brother. What did he do to get off them? I pray you will get off them also. I am weaning off my meds. I started with atenolo 50 mgs and i am down to aprox. 6 mgs. My blood pressure is staying good, but Im a little afraid to stop completly. I guess the little bit I take is more of a crutch at this point.
