zinc??

i had totally stopped eating rice for more than 4 mths and i was taking zinc tablets 100 mg every day ... and two spoons of turmeric mixed with milk for last 4 mths.. out of these 4 mths i went without a single cyst during the 4th month. i usually get 4-5 cyst on my butt .. last week i had to travel to Winnipeg so i couldn't follow my routine and i ate rice for 3 straight days didnt take any zinc and turmeric and now after 3 days i have 4 cyst on my butt and they hurt,,... so i guess rice triggers the breakout for me... i have had this problem for last 10 years already and i used to eat rice twice a day,,,, No rice for me... and zinc really works for me... give it a go guys

Hey, yes Zinc does work for me. I think it helps some. I am not sure what it does but the cyst that come up are not as huge and they if I able heat to them then they usually do not last to long. I have don't used turmeric. I guess it would be worth a try.

has any of you tried organic apple cider vinegar as a toner and a drink? i have heard that it keeps your cysts at bay?

Funkybuda I have, the taste is awful, I would rinse my whole body in it in the shower and while it made my hair very soft it did nothing else for me. But it's worth a try if it works for you, you never know what helps some doesn't help others!
