I know exactly how you feel. When I was pregnant with my second child my HS was horrible...holes everywhere..horrible spells and then to look at it is saddening but please cheer up. Hopefully once you have the baby your hormones will be back in order and the HS will supress somewhat.
I keep mine covered and I also use neosporin on them everytime I change the bandage. It helps me.
I like the smell of dove deoderant but I use Crystal deoderant and it helps as well. I can even leave the bandage off when I am at home and put my Crystal deoderant on. It is one of the best for people with HS. Dove makes my armpits itch like crazy for some reason..
