I have been suffering from HS since the summer of 2011. In January of 2013 I was desperate for a change when the boils just made me miserable and almost unable to sit. I made major changes to my diet, trying to follow the paleo diet. Within 3 weeks my sores were completely gone!! Since then I have introduced foods back into my eating plan. I do my best to drink mostly water, stay away from processed foods but the food that i found to bring the boils back within hours was potatoes. I know everyone is different. But my best advice is to eliminate all white potatoes from your diet and see if it helps. I know how miserable it can be!! Preparing the freshest food is time consuming and expensive but it is sooo worth it !! Best of luck!! I also take a capsule of triple strength curcumin 900mg daily. This will help with the inflamation!
Please let me know if you are able to see changes in a week or two.
